Houses are set up to meet the needs of the individuals
Pre-assessments carried out by Ashley the company owner and registered manager.
We work closely with parents to ensure they have input into the type of support they hope their son or daughter can access.
We can provide visual books to show the house layouts and staff to help lower anxiety which may be created by transition.
We try to locate local community activities that the service user may be interested in prior to moving to ensure we’re able to start meeting their needs straight away.
We provide detailed breakdown of costings for local commissioning teams.
All care packages are carefully planned and through thorough observations we determine the required amount of hours a service user requires for us to be able to provide the best possible support.
