Inclusion Independence Limited currently has three registered properties with the Care Quality Commission, the houses are situated in close proximity to the Stourbridge and provide excellent transport links to the surrounding areas. Houses range from between 3-5 beds and the number of services users who occupy the houses is determined on the needs of each individual.
These are specifically set up to meet the needs of everyone.
Location is considered when choosing a property, we try to ensure that all properties have good transport links and access to local amenities.
All houses are set up to a high standard with a homely feel.
Service users are encouraged to decorate and make personalise their rooms.
Houses are open 24 hours a day 52 weeks of the year.
The set up of a new house can take anything between 4-8 months depending on the work needed and the CQC registration process.

Originally my family home we converted the property into a care home back in the summer of 2017. The 3 bedroom property which is a registered Care home for Two service users is situated in Wollescote, Stourbridge. The House is situated 1.5 miles from Stourbridge Train station and 3 miles from Stourbridge town centre. The house has great Transport links to Merry Hill shopping centre, Halesowen, Dudley and Birmingham. Since opening we’ve been able to make close relations with the local community and social clubs to help improve the social inclusion of the two service users who currently reside in at the property.
