The service is led in a person-centred way with passionate and experienced staff, my son’s well-being is always at the forefront of everything surrounding his care. Staff are able to adapt if a situation hasn’t gone as planned and are able to learn from the experience. I’m always kept informed and consulted around every aspect of my son’s care and i can’t rate this service highly enough.

As any parent with a child with special needs will know the constant worry and anxiety surrounding decisions and getting the very best for our child. Inclusion Independence has given me peace of mind and i’m so happy the option was there. I can honestly say i’ve never seen my son happier or thrive as much in a residential placement as i have seen being here. The package is tailored to his needs and meets his strengths and weaknesses along with meeting his cultural needs. My son’s condition is extremely complex and difficult to manage, but all the staff are extremely experienced, caring and compassionate and understand his needs. I’m able to sleep peacefully at night knowing my son is safe and it’s the perfect place for my son.

I cannot express what it means to know that my daughter is cared for, valued and supported in the home from home environment she has with Inclusion Independence limited. The beautiful room she has which you have all decorated just for her – you all just know her so well and she feels like you are all her family to. It is like a huge weight has been taken off my shoulders and i simply do not have to keep worrying 24/7 about her. The time she does come home is so lovely is i’m re-charged enough to give her a good time. I know that your all available should i need support during home visits which is a huge relief. You don’t just care for my daughter you care for us as a family too and i really do not have the words to express my gratitude and thankfulness that she has a home with you
